Atlantic Barter Completes Major Real Estate Deal

June - 2017


This past June of 2017, Atlantic Barter negotiated a very large trade transaction for one of their members that was interested in purchasing a beautiful 3500 sq. ft. executive home situated on 2.88 Acres in Crossville, TN. The total price was $435,000 and the seller accepted 50% of the transaction equaling $217,500 on trade!

Workshops provide business owners with an opportunity to learn best practices and ask questions of experts in various industries.

Exhibit booths provide local businesses and organizations the opportunity to showcase their products and services to the community.

ATLANTIC BARTER PRESENTS 22ND ANNUAL HOLIDAY TRADESHOW

On Sunday, November 8th, Atlantic Barter Corporation will hold its popular 22nd Annual Holiday Tradeshow, the largest Business Owners Only event in Delaware. Vendor space is still available!

New Castle, DE – Atlantic Barter, the largest barter exchange in the Tri-State region and the only barter exchange in Delaware, is proud to once again present its Annual Holiday Tradeshow, featuring over $350,000 worth of merchandise in two large ballrooms at 100% trade. Merchandise is offered at full retail value. No money exchanges hands!

This members-only event is FREE for vendors, providing retail businesses a great opportunity to move their excess inventory in an exciting venue. More than 500 business owners attend the tradeshow each year, with 50-60 vendors selling their merchandise. Higher ticketed items are featured in live and silent auctions.

FREE VENDOR SPACE IS STILL AVAILABLE, BUT LIMITED. RSVP by October 22 to reserve a spot at this celebrated event.

The 22nd Annual Holiday Tradeshow will take place on Sunday, November 8th, from 1pm-4pm, at the Clarion Belle Hotel, located at 1612 North DuPont Highway, New Castle, Delaware 19720.

Since 1993, Atlantic Barter has grown into the largest and strongest barter exchange in the Delaware / Pennsylvania / New Jersey region, with over 1,000 active members. We are pleased to announce, effective as of Aug 11, 2014 Atlantic Barter has made a change in the structure and operations of the company. Atlantic Barter has appointed a new President and CEO, Christine Radovich. Many members will remember Christine as a former broker from Barter Network Inc.; she has 14 years experience in the trade industry working with business owners throughout the tri-state region. Christine's extensive knowledge of trade as well as her relationship with many Atlantic Barter members, will help to make this transition as smooth as possible.

In light of this new appointment, Matt Hepworth, former President & CEO, is no longer with Atlantic Barter and is pursuing other interests. We wish him well and much success with future endeavors. Additionally, Lisa Janney, who worked in an administrative capacity is also no longer with the company. Taking her place is Laura Palese, who comes to us with strong administrative skills and travel experience.

Atlantic Barter would like to welcome Christine and Laura to their new roles.
